Mobbiz Solutions Pte. Ltd. Privacy Policy

1. Scope

Mobbiz Solutions Pte. Ltd. ("Mobbiz," "we," "us," and "our") provides an all-in-one workspace giving users a highly efficient framework to work, collaborate, and get organized. This Privacy Policy covers personal information we collect when you use our products or services, or otherwise interact with us, including on our public website at www.MobbizSolutions.com (the "Website"), and Mobbiz's online software-as-a-service platform, including any related APIs, together with all related mobile and desktop applications (collectively, "Services"). This includes the QuickBooks Online integration feature described further in Section 2C below.

This policy also explains your choices surrounding how we use your personal information, including how you can object to certain uses and how you can access and update your information.

B. Information Collected Automatically

Automatic Data Collection: We collect information about your use of the Services, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, location (inferred from IP), pages visited, links clicked, and usage frequency and duration.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We and our third-party partners use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect information automatically. For full details, please refer to our Cookie Policy at www.MobbizSolutions.com/cookie-policy.

Analytics: We may use third-party analytics providers who use their own tracking technologies. Those providers have their own privacy policies governing their use of such data.

C. Information from Third-Party Integrations

QuickBooks Online Integration: If you enable the QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration, Mobbiz will access and process data from your QBO account on your behalf. This includes customer records, invoice data, payment information, and financial account details. We store an OAuth access token issued by Intuit Inc. to authenticate these requests on your behalf. This token is stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the integration. We do not use your QBO data for any purpose other than providing the integration features you have enabled.

Other Third-Party Services: If you access the Services through a third-party application such as a social networking site or third-party login service, we may collect information that you have made available via your privacy settings on that platform.

Google Contacts: If you use the Google Contacts feature, we access your contacts via the Google People API solely to populate auto-completion when sending invitation emails. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

4. Disclosing Your Information to Third Parties

Service Providers and Sub-Processors

We share personal information with third-party service providers who assist us in providing the Services. Our current sub-processors include:

  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Singapore) — cloud infrastructure and data hosting;
  • Intuit Inc. (United States) — QuickBooks Online integration; financial and customer data is transmitted to Intuit's servers when you use the QBO integration feature. Intuit's privacy policy applies to data held in your QBO account: intuit.com/privacy.

We may update our sub-processor list from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with Section 12 of this Policy.

Business Partners and Affiliates: We may share personal information with business partners to provide requested products or services, and with our affiliated entities. We may also use personal information for targeted marketing of our own Services via third-party advertising partners. We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Workspaces and Collaboration: Personal information submitted to a workspace accessible by other users may be visible to those users. Organization administrators may access profile information of authorized users within their organization.

Legal and Safety Disclosures: We may disclose personal information to comply with law enforcement requests, court orders, or legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mobbiz, our users, or others; or to enforce our policies or collect amounts owed to us.

5. International Data Transfers

Mobbiz is headquartered in Singapore. Your personal information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in Singapore, the United States (where Intuit Inc. operates QuickBooks Online), and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your home country.

Where we transfer personal information outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) (PDPA) and other applicable laws.

6. Your Choices

General: You may have the right to object to or opt out of certain uses of your personal information. Where you have consented to processing, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us as described below.

Email Communications: You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any such email. You will continue to receive transactional and service-related communications.

Mobile Push Notifications: You may opt out of push notifications by changing the settings on your mobile device.

QBO Integration: You may disconnect the QuickBooks Online integration at any time through the Services or through your Intuit account. Upon disconnection, Mobbiz will delete or invalidate the stored OAuth token for your account.

Do Not Track: If your browser is set to "Do Not Track," Mobbiz will attempt to honour this signal. Note that third-party service providers may use their own tracking technologies.

Location Information: You may opt out of precise location collection by changing your mobile device settings.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable laws (including the PDPA), you may have the right to:

  • Delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information;
  • Data portability — receive your personal information in a structured, machine-readable format;
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer (see Section 14). We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations. When personal information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it in a secure manner.

OAuth tokens stored for the QBO integration are retained only while the integration is active. Upon disconnection, tokens are deleted within 30 days.

9. Security of Your Information

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security assessments.

OAuth tokens used for third-party integrations (including QBO) are stored in encrypted form and are accessible only to the systems that require them to perform integration functions.

No security system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law, including the PDPA mandatory breach notification requirements.

By using the Services, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative matters.

10. Data Breach Notification

  • Notify affected individuals as soon as reasonably practicable where the breach is likely to result in significant harm to those individuals;
  • Take immediate steps to contain the breach and prevent further unauthorized access or disclosure.

Notifications will be sent to the email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the Services.

11. Third-Party Websites and Applications

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or applications. These are not controlled by Mobbiz and are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party service. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of each service you interact with, including QuickBooks Online (intuit.com/privacy).

12. Children's Information

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us. We will promptly delete such information upon becoming aware of it.

13. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Services at least 14 days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
