Pricing

Transparent, scope-based pricing for workflow automation

Implementation starts at USD 6,000. Internal licences run USD 14–20 per user per month. Everything else — integrations, external users, AI agents — is scoped separately, so you only pay for what your process needs.

Recurring and usage-based pricing

Unlike the one-time implementation fee above, licences, external access, integrations and AI usage are billed on an ongoing basis and always shown as separate line items.

Component Price How it's determined
Internal-user licences $14–20 / user / month 20-user minimum. Depends on location and contracted volume; lower effective rates at higher volumes.
External-user packs $250 first 250 users
$150 per additional 250
Reference pack pricing. Larger contracted volumes can reduce the effective rate further.
External transaction pricing Quoted by use case An alternative for large or variable external populations where per-user pricing wouldn't fit.
AI-agent configuration From $300 / use case One-time configuration and testing. Each use case is defined and priced separately.
AI-agent usage Charged separately Based on actual consumption and the complexity of the configured use case.
Integrations Scoped separately Priced by system access, data exchange, complexity, security and testing needs.

What value can Mobbiz create?

The business case should rest on the cost of your current process, not on software price alone.

Time and capacity

Reduce repetitive data entry, follow-up, status checking and document handling.

Speed

Remove avoidable waiting between requests, reviews, approvals, exceptions and completion.

Quality and control

Improve data completeness, evidence collection, accountability and auditability.

Operational visibility

Identify backlogs, exceptions and missed actions earlier through shared records and dashboards.

For suitable processes, a Mobbiz project can be designed to target an efficiency improvement of approximately 20–40% within the first six months. This is not a guaranteed result — the expected benefit should be agreed against a baseline and measured using transaction time, cycle time, error rates, backlog and manual coordination effort.

How to build the business case

A practical business case compares the first-year cost of implementation, licences, integrations, optional AI usage and internal project time with measurable annual benefits.

Estimate annual hours released

Transactions per year × minutes saved per transaction ÷ 60.

Estimate capacity value

Annual hours released × the organization's fully loaded hourly cost.

Add other measurable benefits

Include avoided rework, errors, overtime, outsourcing, delays or leakage only when the organization can support the assumption.

Compare cost and value

Measure the benefit against implementation, recurring licences, integrations, AI configuration and usage, and internal project time.

Illustrative example

If a process handles 1,000 transactions per month and Mobbiz removes 10 minutes of manual work from each transaction, it releases approximately 2,000 hours of capacity per year. At an assumed fully loaded cost of USD 20 per hour, that represents USD 40,000 in annual capacity value before considering fewer errors, faster approvals or avoided delays.

Not a promise of savings. Released capacity becomes a direct cash saving only when it reduces overtime, outsourcing, hiring or another actual cost; otherwise, its value is the additional work the team can complete with the same resources.

What's included, and what's priced separately

A core implementation configures Mobbiz around your agreed operating process.

Included in your implementation

  • Process mapping
  • Forms and records
  • Responsibilities and permissions
  • Approval and escalation paths
  • Business rules and notifications
  • Dashboards and audit history
  • Testing and agreed revision rounds
  • Training and go-live preparation

Always priced separately

  • Platform licences
  • Integrations
  • AI-agent configuration and usage
  • The client's own project time

What determines the final price

The final price reflects operational and technical scope rather than company headcount alone. A larger organization can start with one focused process, while a smaller organization may require a complex multi-system deployment.

Frequently asked questions

Is workflow automation software priced per user, per workflow or per module?

Workflow automation software is priced in several ways: per user, per workflow or process, per module or plan tier, or by transaction volume, and many vendors combine these models. Mobbiz combines several components: internal platform access is priced per user using volume-based tiers, implementation is priced as a fixed-scope project, and external participation can be priced through user packs or transaction volume.

Mobbiz Solutions typically starts from USD 14,400 in the first year — scaling up to USD 37,000 for a more complex build, which can already include your first integration depending on scope. Automations are included as standard across every tier. That combines a one-time implementation (USD 6,000–25,000, depending on scope) with 50 internal-user licences at USD 14–20 per user per month (USD 8,400–12,000 annually). Because implementation is a one-time cost, year two onward drops to just USD 8,400–12,000 per year to run the whole team — with room to add AI agents or external-user access whenever you’re ready.

A focused pre-configured module or industry solution with a clearly defined scope: up to 6 business processes or transaction types, 2 automations or AI use cases, and 2 rounds of revisions. Integrations and AI-agent use cases are always priced separately.

Core (from USD 12,000) covers up to 4 client-specific processes with 2 automations, typically over 4–8 weeks. Core+ (from USD 25,000) covers up to 8 processes, 5 automations and 1 integration, typically over 8–12 weeks. Larger programmes are scoped individually under a custom Enterprise quote.

Yes. A Pre-configured or Core project can be extended with an additional business process for USD 1,000 — so a project can grow to match actual need without requiring an upgrade to the next full package.

No. External users are priced separately at a substantially lower rate than internal users — USD 250 per month for the first pack of up to 250, USD 150 per month for each additional pack. Larger contracted volumes and transaction-based pricing are also available.

Yes. Organizations can begin with a focused module, industry solution or process, then add workflows, users, locations, integrations and AI agents over time — establishing the responsibilities, rules and auditability needed for governance without implementing everything at once.

They are always scoped and priced separately. AI-agent configuration starts at approximately USD 300 per use case, with ongoing usage charged separately. Integrations may be delivered in the initial implementation or a later phase, but their price remains separately identifiable.

Measure the time, errors, rework, delays and other avoidable costs in the current process, then compare the annual benefit with implementation, licences, integrations, optional AI usage and internal project time. Time released should be treated as capacity value unless it reduces an actual cash cost.
